Tabs <ul> container should not be highlighted when clicked

When using tabs, the containing <ul> is highlighted in blue when clicked. See this occurring in the docs:

This does not occur in the official Bootstrap documentation.

Also I can't seem to find the CSS that is doing this

Its aria component! the tab is higliting because tabs implements focusable!

Tabs are accessible (ARIA compliant), and support keyboard navigation, which is why the ul becomes the "widget's" controller. Keyboard left/right control which tab is showing.

You can disable keyboard navigation with prop no-key-nav which will disable this behavior.
