Hope to upgrade 6.1 kernel to at least 6.1.120

It solves an issue that cadvisor has wrong network rx statistic when using ebpf.

Hi @kyleli666 , we update our kernels once Amazon Linux (our upstream for kernel sources) releases new kernels. I'll keep this issue open until then. We keep our kernels up to date with Amazon Linux.

Hi @kyleli666, bottleocket-kernel-kit now ships Amazon Linux's 6.1.124 kernel, released in bottlerocket-kernel-kit v1.0.6
