Summary

This release has several important improvements:

• Component ordering is now automatic, so you won't have to care about getting it right in the input file anymore (#428)
• The fluid neutral model finally has both the separate limiters for advection, conduction and viscosity, which improve the accuracy of perpendicular transport at the cost of performance (#650). Performance can be significantly improved by lagging a term in the flux limiters though (#675). Both settings are currently off by default.
• Several improvements to FCI.
