使用此starter后, 无需再引入spring-boot-starter-web; 引入后可实现如下功能:

• response body的格式化.
• FeignClient编解码.
• request/resposne 日志.
• redis连接池配置.

FeignClient 定义的接口时, 返回类型必须为 Msg, Msg<T>, Response, void 或子类之一;
