Fix Linux X11 capture freezes caused by the capture and UI threads sharing a display connection (#270). Fullscreen and title-bar queries now use the capture thread's dedicated connection throughout.

This fixes a reproduced X11 threading defect and may resolve the freezes reported in #254. That issue remains open pending confirmation from affected users.

The X11 regression tests now run in CI with locked project dependencies and pinned action revisions.
