v1.13.0
v1.12.0
Added
- Show locally discovered Herdr panes and Claude Code peer contact details, including activity status, for claim holders in the Claims TUI.
Changed
- Clarify that agents pass harness session IDs unchanged and identify their agent kind separately through
agentId.
v1.11.0
Added
- Document Litestream backups and recovery for hosted authorities, with a Docker-backed backup and restore drill.
Changed
- Show caller-supplied work keys as claim labels in CLI lists and the Claims TUI, while retaining resource details in full views.
- Default hosted restore's durable cutoff to the backup's last committed write and its loss interval start to the selected cutoff; report both in restore output.
- Prefer harness-provided session IDs in agent guidance and clarify their role in claim traceability.
v1.10.2
Fixed
- Identify symlinked path components and suggest resolved paths instead of reporting generic permission errors.
- Report remote mutation failures before request staging as not committed, while preserving uncertain outcomes for previously staged requests.
- Include holder session and resource details in remote contention errors without exposing credentials.
v1.10.1
Fixed
- Preserve canonical claim resource digests in JSON claim, handle, and run output without exposing credentials.
- Add
release --if-claim-idto prevent releasing a replacement claim when a contextual handle changes after inspection.
v1.10.0
Breaking
- Remove
worklease queue(q), its provider adapters, launches, recovery,
external-adapter protocol, and MCPqueue_next. Task discovery and management
move to bl, which integrates only
through Worklease's stable JSON claim CLI. Worklease does not depend on bl. - Bare
workleasenow opens the authority-wide Claims TUI only. Inspect, renew,
and release locally held claims as before. All claim commands and JSON schema
version 2 remain unchanged. - Old
queue.yaml,.config/worklease/queue-sources.yaml, cached queue index,
recovery journal, and queue handles are ignored.worklease doctorreports
existing leftovers by path as safe to delete; removal is never automatic.
v1.9.3
Security
- Updated Go to 1.27.3 to fix GO-2026-6809, which distrusts compromised intermediate certificates in crypto/x509.
v1.9.2
Changed
- Clarified MCP tool descriptions, agent guidance, and generated setup instructions.
- Reduced allocations when decoding command output.
v1.9.1
Changed
- Enter now toggles item and claim detail views in the TUI.
- Queue setup guidance now appears in TUI help instead of interrupting startup.
- Updated dependencies and the Go toolchain.
Fixed
- Empty claim lists no longer flicker during polling.
v1.9.0
Changed
- Enrolled queue sources now load shared IDs, adapters, workflows, and claim domains from the committed checkout contract; enrollment is owner-private and explicit, and contract identity drift requires confirmation.
- Queue views now filter within the current project's source scope by default, with explicit all-projects selection in CLI, MCP, and TUI; queue init creates filter-only views.
- Claim authority is configured per source, so filter views can combine local and remote projects while each source's CLI, TUI, and MCP claims route to its single trusted authority. Unambiguous legacy per-view authorities continue to load; conflicting assignments name the affected source.
Fixed
- Fixed
queue nextselecting in-progress work when a prior claim had expired or was absent; it now selects only open work, since claim expiry does not prove the prior worker stopped. - Profile bindings now apply across all worktrees of a Git repository, while contextual claim handles remain worktree-scoped; conflicting legacy worktree bindings fail closed.
