docs(process-designer): Phase 3 — sandboxed scripting + AI task-assist
Mark the configurable handheld process designer feature complete through
Phase 3 across the wiki:
- Process-Designer: new Sandboxed scripting (GraalJS, gated by flag +
PROCESS_SCRIPT_AUTHOR, parse-validated at publish) and AI task-assist
(design-time only, never auto-deploys) sections + capabilities endpoint.
- Mobile-Process-Designer: §2/§3 tiers now built; assist + capabilities
endpoints in the API list; security model updated.
- Roadmap-and-Status + Services: Phase 3 marked done, follow-up removed.

ADR 0007 accepted — conveyor transport as workplace-agnostic layer; arrival-driven queueing (Phase 3c design).
- Roadmap-and-Status.md: expand Phase 3c row with ADR 0007 decisions (queue ownership moves to flow, REQUESTED→IN_TRANSIT→QUEUED→DONE lifecycle, R4 per-HU transport trace, 3c-1 MVP gap)
