Make month name format configurable in `DatePicker`

Hi Bryntum team,

I’m using Bryntum Calendar (React) and in the sidebar date picker, the toolbar displays the full month name (e.g., October). It’s too wide for our layout, and we would like to show 3-letter abbreviations instead (e.g., OCT, JUL).

I have tried a few different solutions, but I haven’t found an optimal way to achieve this. Is there a recommended approach to abbreviating the month for the sidebar month button only?
