Can't create events on single day when snap used along with fillticks

Hi Team,
We have just upgraded our package from 5.6.12 to 6.3.3 and noticed that when snap along with fillticks is configured to true, then we are not able to drag and create tasks on a single day. There is no issues with any other number of days. And this was working fine until the upgrade.
I am able to replicate this on your advanced demo as per these steps as well:

• Set fillticks and snap as true in the code.
• Create new task.
• Delete startDate and duration for the new task.
• Try drag and create task into single day.

I tried to not use any viewPresets (other than the default settings). I am not sure why this is happening and if this can be fixed, may I know how please.
