Miniaturized Micro-Camera Array Microscope (Mini-MCAM) for pan-cortical cellular imaging in behaving mice

This is the official github repository for the mini-MCAM, a miniaturized device for cortex-wide neuroimaging in freely behaving mice.

1. The Scope allows to image a cumulative Field of View of over 30mm²
2. The Scope has a full pitch resolution of 9 $\mu$ m
3. The Scope utilizes an arrayed optics design that allows for a linear scaling of weight Vs field of view achieved.
