Add cmethods attributes to output files

Bias adjusted data sets generated by python-cmethods should contain information about the adjustment technique applied. Such metadata can help to easily identify the method and its parameters as well as the cmethods version used to generate the files, helping to trace back and understand how to reproduce the data.
