[cleanup] Remove workaround for `InvalidGrantException`

This PR (https://github.com/build-on-aws/swift-bedrock-library/pull/50) introduces a workaround for https://github.com/awslabs/aws-sdk-swift/issues/2028

This is a reminder to cleanup the code when the issue will be addressed.
