MessageCenter can turn the bundled hourly Weather module's WEATHER_UPDATED broadcast into a rain warning. At least one Weather instance must use type: "hourly".

The default rule looks about one hour ahead. Repeated forecasts update a single rain-next-hour event rather than creating duplicates. A later dry hourly forecast resolves the message and its attention state. Forecast text and rendered timestamps follow MagicMirror's locale and 12/24-hour preferences.

This provider is disabled by default so users opt in deliberately.
