Immutable release. Only release title and notes can be modified.

Experimental, explicit opt-in complete-view change feed. Publishers continue supplying complete native views; Mesh compares whole records and sends atomic changed-record updates, with bounded full replacement after gaps. Consumers can read change events or use ordinary Reader reconstruction. Original full native nonce proofs and currentness checks remain required.

This prerelease is published from view-change-feed-20261020; accepted main and installed selections remain at a23. It includes the prior opt-in working-set SDK registration, without claiming native producer or deployment acceptance. The retained semantic delta engine stays dark. No PyPI publication or rollout is included.

The final review fixed receiver-construction cleanup, exact selector comparison, concurrent budget narrowing, explicit legacy reset-hook opt-in and a standalone test's accidental optional Observer dependency. Frozen prior normative bytes are preserved.

Validation of the exact attached wheel:

  • 483 standalone tests each on Python 3.11.17, 3.13.14 and 3.14.8, no skips; neither Observer installed.
  • 34 optional WSS tests and the fault laboratory on Python 3.11 and 3.13.
  • Six disposable current Observer IPC/real-pipe scenarios per Python version, ordinary Reader/facade and two fresh native proofs.
  • All 107 packaged runtime/schema files match reviewed source.

These checks do not establish inclusive CPU/RSS, large/dense multi-view or slow-peer capacity, delivered recovery, populated native/fixed-SSH or immutable deployed-pair acceptance. Full source reads and target verification remain O(N).
