It has been discussed, but I don't think an issue was ever opened: If you're able to test an armv7 implementation you can open an issue requesting it |

I don't suppose it's feasible to allow older processors like ARMv7 as build targets? I think it would be fun to use C3 on more constrained hardware, like the Miyoo Mini+, but the compiler currently can't build that small.
