Configurable cmd_get_files and bandwidth

Current default are 100 files and 250GB
These are defaults but user can also update them with config.json or directly from panel bellow bandwidth limit and user set them desired values or set them to 0 for no limit like many users already have channels with thousands of files so it can handle them also

Check latest, I have removed the file limit per folder.
