Separate Module Readme from Site Readme #92
Description
There are 2 readme files in the repo
- Site readme, that describes the sample site and how to set up a similar one
- Module readme, follows the module to NPM. Describes the module which could operate without the site entirely (maybe in a Github action)
The two readme files need to diverge. They are duplicated now.
