What does this PR do?

• Added an example bookings listing page(which is behind authentication) - as per RFC: Embedded authenticated pages like bookings management, event-types management, availability configuration #2458
  • Hidden Shell in Embed

• Loader color configuration as per user requirement possible now * { --cal-brand-border-color: blue; --cal-brand-background-color: blue; }
• Add Jitsu logging on embed pages. It was there already on all pages except the event-types listing page.
• Fix repeat Jitsu page views. Due to telemetryClient value being changed in context, pageViews were being recorded twice.
