What does this PR do?

Improved and standardized simplified and traditional Chinese localizations. Mostly fixing the following issues:

• It is a common practice to insert a space in between Asian block characters and latin letters or numbers. It's called "Pangu Spacing" cn. This PR addresses most of them.
• Improved standardization across the board around SAML IdP. In Simplified Chinese, it has been standardized to 身份提供方 and in traditional, 身分提供者. Both with precedent found in other documentations.
• Improved a few miscellaneous translations and inserted a few missing ones
