Unique Task Title Puzzle

I am struggling with this part of my setup. I sometimes throw parties. We have a pretty set list of tasks we always have to do to throw those parties. Such as lets say Smoke a Brisket. I cannot have multiple tasks labeled "Smoke a Brisket" with the filename every time we throw a party.

I was wondering how others are getting around this. Right now I am just labeling those tasks like...

"Smoke a Brisket - Halloween 2025"

I was wondering if any one had any better ideas.

I haven't played with it yet but under Appearance & UI there's an option Store title in filename. Maybe turning that off and trying other options would help?

Yes. I have played with those options but could not come up with any thing that made sense/worked for me. So I was curious what I was missing or if someone has another idea/solution.
