[Bug]: tasks stop being recognize, turn into just notes in agenda

Bug Description

My tasks will randomly stop being recognized and only show up as notes in Agenda view, thus not showing up in kanban or tasklist view. Restarting Obsidian fixes this temporarily. Refresh Cache command does not. See attached agenda picture: "bug" tasks should be tasks not notes

Hi @seepage87 . It looks like you're adding an extra hashtag "#" to your "task" tag. Tags in the frontmatter of notes should not havea a hashtag.

Same behavior for me — I create a task, it appears for a few seconds and then disappears in the MD, remaining like that and showing up with the double ## in the task view

Thanks @alejandrospoz. Are you adding a single '#' to your tags? Or are you just entering plain 'task' without the hashtag?

Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the affected note in source mode?

Hi! I'm not adding anything manually. I've only used the built in menu options, etc, to automatically create the front matter. Here is an example frontmatter:
