Update Node.js Version in Dockerfile for Compatibility with caprover/deploy-from-github@v1.1.2

I frequently use the same workflow structure for my deployments with CapRover and i never used the docker auth for docker hub normally this node images are public, utilizing caprover/deploy-from-github@v1.1.2. Recently, I encountered an error when trying to use this image. I propose updating the Node.js version in the Dockerfile to a more recent release to ensure proper compatibility.
