Release Cashonize v0.1.4 for Desktop (Windows) and Android

New in this release: changes the default IPFS gateway for faster tokenmetadata
Further v0.1.4 fixes a bug copying fungible token's Ids, improves signMessage dialog pop-up and big internal reworks in preparation for a cashconnect release

Cashonize-quasar is the codebase for the ongoing Cashonize rewrite from the ground up.

Because of the ongoing rewrite the feature set differs from the mainline cashonize webwallet.

Installation

For Windows, download and run the installer Cashonize-Setup-0.1.4.exe to install Cashonize as an application on your pc.

For Android, download the apk file cashonize-android.apk.
