v0.9.6 - Bug fixes + MP doesnt dox you anymore

Bug-fix + online polish update! Use "Update now" in the game. Everyone in an online race should be on the same version.

• Menu help stays on screen: the explanation popup on the game mode and Communication menus now stays visible the whole time you're on the menu instead of fading out after a few seconds (and now covers the Options entry too).
• Leaderboard fairness: versus and party races (where collisions are on) are no longer sent to the solo time-attack leaderboard, and finished runs no longer re-send duplicate times.
• Online & Players tab: Steam profile pictures now show in F1 -> Online -> Players, and online rooms use your chosen driver name (lb_name / Steam) instead of your PC account name.
• Crash fix: switching between controller and keyboard in menus no longer crashes when reloading button prompts and car skins.
