v0.98.1 (pre-release): daily + weekly challenges

Pre-release. Players on the pre-release channel get it through the in-game updater; v0.98.0 stays the stable version.

New: daily and weekly challenges

• F1 -> Online -> Challenges. Every day (00:00 UTC) and every week (Mondays) everyone races the same course, direction and weather.
• Race it takes you straight into that race with your own car (the normal intro and 3-2-1 start).
• Every finished run that beats your time in a challenge counts, even if it isn't your best on that course. Rankings, your place and the last winners are on the page and on the leaderboard website.
• Needs "Send my times" on. Challenge times are solo runs, so leave your room first.

Also new

• Gearbox for one-click races (Race it, room races): F1 -> Online -> Profile -> Gearbox. They skip the gearbox screen, so pick AT or MT here.
• A welcome on first start: where F1 is, your controller (found and tried) or the keyboard keys, performance presets and fullscreen. Players who already have a settings file don't see it.

Fixes

• Races started by one click (room races, Race it) never reached the leaderboard ("start place unknown").
• Hood camera: starting a new race while the last one was still loading left the hood camera with no car.
