v0.98.2 (pre-release): challenge skins

Challenge skins: skins that fit every car, earned by racing the daily and weekly challenges.

• Race the daily 3 days in a row: unlock the next skin. Missing a day starts the count again.
• Race a weekly: unlock the next skin.
• Win a daily or a weekly (first place when it ends): the Champion or Sunburst skin.
• Put one on in F1 -> Car -> Challenge skins. It goes on every car you drive, and other players see it online.
• F1 -> Online -> Challenges shows your streak, your wins and how many skins you have.
• If you've linked Steam, your skins follow you to every PC.

44 skins to earn: flames, honeycomb, halftone, tribal, lightning, camo, two-tone, racing stripes and more.

Also: skins now sit on the car the same way in the Garage as in a race.
