my modpack is reading cctweaked in my mods folder but it isnt there and no file of it exists in the mod folder

as the title says, im at wits end and cant find a solution. i believe my server is crashing because it thinks i have 2 versions of cctweaked installed but its not there. im going to post my servers crash log but i would love if someone could help me out

Can you double check whether /var/opt/minecraft/crafty/crafty-4/servers/1aecacae-22ec-4134-bc12-738a923930d9/mods/cc-tweaked-1.21.1-forge-1.113.1.jar exists or not?
