  • I've worked on similar projects and found that communication is vital. I feel it would be beneficial to set up an IRC server (or use one that's already setup) and whenever we work on the project make sure we're on IRC to facilitate communication

####Adam: I'm not familiar with IRC, would that be something like google hangouts? What did you have in mind? --Sort of, it's more of a chat room though, no video capabilities.
