RNSimpleOpenvpn.connect is causing app crash on android 14

Bug description:

i build react native app following steps from git repository everything works fine on my android 13 device but when i use app in my another device android 14 app crushes when i try to connect.
can anyone explain what is wrong

i have spent whole day trying to understand what is going wrong. no results. then i used chatgpt to do some research, because i dont know java at all. it says that there some restrictions on android 14. chatgpt says that there problem with foreground actions and also i need to manualy add service type .
