Questions for ongoing access to Github Education Benefits/Teacher

Specific list of Github members in CDL Github organizations were approved with Education Benefits via UCOP's partnership with Microsoft. More information can be found in the ticket hosted in CDLUC3 organization https://github.com/CDLUC3/uc3sys/issues/163

Now that we have obtained our Github Education Benefits as a Teacher thereby providing access to CoPilot, we will want to meet with the Github Representative to determine how this arrangement will be managed going forward.

1. Access was approved to a specific list of users with CDL. How can we manage (add, remove) members going forward?
2. Github members with ucop.edu emails are associated with UC Berekeley. We used to have UCOP in the list of institutions. Will we remain associated with UCB (Scott Fisher has a support ticket documenting the revocation of UCOP)

Organizations have access to Github Teams for free via the Educational plan. How do we ensure this stays in place? Currently the coupon is "forever".

Steven Pease (UCOP) and met with Bee @ Github
For future users, Bee instructed us to use the form (the one we have used before) and see how the process goes. He is unfamiliar with the process of applying to Github but will work with us to try to get this working.
SPease will continue to work with Bee to correct our institution within Github so that we are associated with UCOP, not UCB.

Bee noted that while we have copilot for 2 years, our free benefits beyond that isn't guaranteed. CoPilot is $$$ to run.
