"name" is of type string, and represents the name of the department

"completion" is of type float and represents the percent completion. (ie. "30" is "30%")

For eEnabled Service Progress

Expected values for "eEnabled" is are as follows 1 = True 0 = False -1 = Not Applicable, this stage will be omitted from visualization and calculation.
