futari-linux 1.1.0 (x86-64 and AArch64)

Adds the x86-64 build, tested on an NVIDIA laptop (KDE Plasma Wayland) and an AMD handheld: native Wayland window, vsync off by default for the least input lag, black bars on non-16:9 screens with an optional crop mode that only trims the wallpaper at the sides, the settings window on F4, and B or Esc to quit from the title screen. The AArch64 build is unchanged from 1.0.0. It holds no game data and no game shaders.
