@cerroverb cerroverb released this 01 Nov 06:37

Releases are now one download that sets itself up. Extract the archive for your processor (x86_64 for PCs and x86-64 handhelds, aarch64 for ARM handhelds), then either put your disc image next to futari.sh (the first start extracts it into game_root) or copy the extracted game files into game_root. DLC goes in dlc. Start futari.sh.

The game's shaders are translated for Vulkan and built into the program, so no installer page step is needed. No game files are included. Saves stay in ~/.local/share/futari. To update, extract the new archive over the old folder (futari.toml is replaced, so copy it first if you changed settings).

The installer page at https://cerroverb.github.io/futari-linux-installer/ still works and stays on 1.1.0.

Tested on an AMD handheld (x86-64). The AArch64 build was tested under emulation with a software Vulkan driver.
