Pull Request to add Slackware support into sysinfo.c

I have improved the Slackware support in sysinfo.c on cfengine-3.27.0, and would like to submit a pull request for my addition to be considered for later versions. The patch can be seen at https://github.com/syl-robitaille/cfengine-core/compare/slackware-support, and I will be submitting a pull-request for it shortly after sending this message. Many thanks to all who have contributed to making cfengine such a great piece of software.
