Popover prop gutter is not working #414

Issue
Looks like Popover prop gutter is not working at all.
How to reproduce:
Go to https://vue.chakra-ui.com/popover and try adding gutter="100" or :gutter="100" to any of popover examples.
The same prop works great in React version of Chakra.
