docs: add vuepress installation guide

Added a new page to instruct users on how to install Chakra on Vuepress projects

Description

Created instructions and code samples to extend a Vuepress theme, mixin Chakra's providers, and extend a Layout to wrap elements in a CThemeProvider component.

Motivation and Context

This is related to issue #393 in an attempt to make Vuepress installation easier for future users.

How Has This Been Tested?

In my own project I've tested some theme components, style props, and icons with icon packs and they seem to work fine. I have not tested color mode toggling.
