Missing "pending surveys" menu #4316
Description
When enabling the configuration setting show_pending_survey_in_menu, a menu entry should appear to show "Pending surveys", like in 1.11.x
When clicking that link, you should get to /main/survey/pending.php which currently shows an error because of its outdated template (this should be fixed as part of this issue).
