support Nebius Token Factory

Hi!

The Nebius Token Factory provider would be a pretty nice addition out of the box, instead of manually setting it up in crush.json.
Anyway, it's here #227 - I didn't know there had to be a discussion first, sorry 🙈

Even more embarrassing, it needs an authentication token in order to access the models endpoint 🤦
