Support headless mode

Through supporting headless mode, we can use crush in automated tasks. (For example: Gitlab CI，Github Actions)

$ crush run "${AI_FLOW_INPUT}"
Error running spinner: could not open a new TTY: open /dev/tty: no such device or address
