Control back to delete entire word

Is there a way to configure "Control + Backspace" to delete the entire previous word? I'm using PowerShell on Windows 11. I see that it is possible to achieve this using "Control + W," but most software on Windows uses the "Control + Backspace" combination for this functionality. Thanks!
