Tool idea: "Ask User Question"

This would be modelled similarly to Claude Code AskUserQuestion tool, something that was temporarily documented in the infamous recent leak.

How It Works

Presents a question to the user and waits for a response. Used for disambiguation, confirmation of destructive actions, or gathering information Claude can't infer.
