I recently discovered Crush and honestly, I can't stop using it. I'd love to get involved in development.

1. Where's the best place to start for a new contributor?
Are there any feat especially welcoming to new contributors right now?

2. What's on the roadmap? I'd love to focus my energy where it's most useful.

3. How do I best understand the codebase? Any onboarding tips from existing contributors?
