Hook requests: PermissionRequest and Stop

Stop and PostToolUse seem the most useful for chaining a workflow together.

I'm currently building an integration to connect Crush with an external, persistent memory system, and I actually need several of these hooks to track full session context.

Since @meowgorithm greenlit PermissionRequest and Stop above, I can implement them and submit a PR if no one is actively working on it. While I'm there, would you be open to me also adding SessionStart, UserPromptSubmit, PostToolUse, and SessionEnd? That would perfectly cover the persistent memory integration.
