Add Chutes.ai LLM API support

I've noticed that their new generous plan options and the variety of LLMs they offer make it a great addition for using with Crush.

Chutes.ai has recently introduced daily request plans, which can be viewed here:

Among the available options, the most compelling is the plan offering 5,000 daily requests for $20.

In my current development workflow, the GLM 4-5 model delivers the best results. Considering its performance, a $20 monthly cost for such a generous daily limit represents excellent value for money.

Given its competitive pricing and robust capabilities, I believe Chutes.ai stands out as one of the most attractive options on the market today.

Integrating the Chutes.ai API would provide a significant incentive for broader adoption and enhanced productivity.

afaik this is working on latest versions. Let me know otherwise.
