Hey there! shift+enter is available in all terminals that support the Kitty Keyboard Protocol (or Windows Console Host). Some common terminals supporting this are: Note that If you have any more questions, or if I'm wrong with some of these, please let me know! ctrl+j is basically a fallback for unsupporting terminals. |

I frequently want to use newlines before submitting a chat message to organize my ideas.
Currently crush uses ctrl+j to create newlines. I haven't encountered this before - I'm more accustomed to shift+enter. (A quick Google shows it seems to be an Emacs binding, and I'm a vim user 😬).
Do others like ctrl+j? Would it make sense to also support shift+enter? Or make it configurable?
