Possible integration with viper?

Since cobra and viper are intended to work together, and fang intends to spiffy up cobra, I think it would make sense to consider looping in viper as well (especially fitting since they also have fangs)

The main things that come to mind for potential integration/improvement would be:

• Potentially simplifying the calls a user needs to run to get set up with Viper (binding and such)
• Auto generating a huh form to allow for a config subcommand, letting the users edit the configuration and defaults in a more interactive way
