Why inconsistent OnText* and OnReasoning* callbacks within AgentStreamCall?

I noticed that in AgentStreamCall, the callback function signatures are inconsistent, but in practice they should have the same handling logic. Is this by design?

In my view, if the completed *Content is not returned at On*End, the caller would need to maintain state independently, which might lead to potential inconsistencies?
