Line numbers in the gutter

Hi,

I love the cleanness of viewing a markdown in glow.

I was just reviewing a doc and wanted to be able to make some notes for the author like "line 23 - please rephrase"

It would be wonderful if I could toggle line numbers on the left.

I tried to search to see if someone already suggested this but I couldn't find it sorry if it's a duplicate.

Hi @jimbarritt, I just checked the code base and I have found that by using glow -l -t in the TUI mode you can show line numbers🙂

It is in the --help too
