tree enumerator style

I lifted this example from an issue here
and added the styles.

the results in kitty, ghostty, terminal.app, in bash and zsh are all the same:

the answer was to use IndentorStyle thusly:

	root.Enumerator(tree.RoundedEnumerator).EnumeratorStyle(style).IndenterStyle(style)
