Annotated Tags support

Hey folks! I've been making extensive use of the project and am running into a use-case that I don't believe is currently supported - and is worth considering.

The git spec provides for all sorts of ways to attach and annotate tags with various details: predominantly crypto signatures and annotations. It might be worthwhile considering implementing some kind of message viewer under tags, maybe similar to the commit viewer?

Annotated tags - to my understanding - represent the git standard way to manage releases. I would adore having this.
